WNYC, the New York City public radio station, recently sponsored a great contest. As part of a "10 Questions that Count Census Project," they gathered data about where listeners lived over the past ten years and why they moved. Then they challenged designers, mappers and statisticians to transform the data into something beautiful. See some of the results.
