ZDNet reports that last week's Enterprise 2.0 Conference provided more evidence that social networking is moving into the enterprise, noting three trends worthy of attention: collaboration strategies are embracing social networking while managing the risks; vendors are investing heavily in new technologies; and pilot programs are indicating that businesses are getting real value.
