Knowledge Worker 2.0 

It was Peter Drucker who coined the term "knowledge worker" back in 1959. Now the term is part of our "new normal." ComputerWorld's Michelle LaBrosse suggests that we'll need to evolve even more in order to succeed in the coming years. Technical skills won't be enough. We'll need business acumen. Communicating won't be enough. We'll need to over-communicate and say the same thing in different ways until people hear it and understand it. Read more.
