In a comprehensive look at how people use technology in the workplace, Forrester reports that real-time collaboration has stalled due partly to the lack of adoption of technologies like as web conferencing and instant messaging. The report focuses on information workers who use desktop computers, rely on email for most everything and don't really use traditional collaboration tools.
